           Nearly 8 Years in Business!

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            I can’t quite believe this!
             &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
             
            &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
             I feel that I’ve been on a journey of personal growth, resilience, and gratitude.
            &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
             
            &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            This January, I reflect on nearly 8 years in business, and I am filled with pride at how far I’ve come. From my early days working at HSBC Bank as a cashier, and then on to Bank Management, an accountancy firm, and now running my own business, the journey continues to evolve.
            &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
             
            &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
             Challenges? Absolutely. But this is what helps us grow right?
            &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
             
            &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            But with each one, I’ve built more resilience than I ever thought I had in me. Stepping into self-employment wasn’t something I ever imagined for myself, but it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
            &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
             
            &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
             ➡️To anyone considering going it alone - talk to me.

             It’s a leap, but it’s also an opportunity to grow in ways you can’t imagine.

             I’ve learned that we don’t ever have all the answers, and that’s ok. Reaching out for help, joining the right networking groups, and leaning into the strengths of others has been key to my success. It's good to take chances.
